Once you contact us and book your booth, we take care of all related logistics. The only factor we will need to discuss is finding space at your conference or trade show. Your account manager is happy to speak directly to the conference organizers, who are usually more-than-happy to accommodate a value-added free service for attendees.

The HeadShots team needs an 18ft x 5x space in order to set up a convention headshot booth.
We do our best to keep our footprint small. This space gives us ample room to set up lights, position subjects, and set up additional, necessary equipment.
